At CrewGiftCo, all of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means every item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
Production Times
Since each product is printed on demand, there is a production period before your order ships:
- T-Shirts & Apparel: 2-5 business days to produce
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts: 2-5 business days to produce
- Mugs: 2-5 business days to produce
- Stickers: 1-3 business days to produce
Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) due to increased order volume.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production (USPS/UPS)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after production (where available)
Total delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 5-12 business days for standard orders.
International Shipping
- Canada: 5-12 business days after production
- Europe: 7-15 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days after production
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you placed your order through our Shopify store, you can also check your order status at crewgiftco.shop.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we have a specific return policy:
Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping
- Defective printing: If there is a noticeable print defect or quality issue
- Wrong item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered
- Wrong size: If the size you received doesn't match what was listed
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
- Normal color variation between screen display and printed product
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@crewgiftco.com or through our contact form
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package
- Check your mailbox and any common delivery spots around your property
- Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery
- If still missing, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
Bulk / Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders of 10+ items, we may offer custom shipping arrangements and discounts. Please contact us at support@crewgiftco.com or select "Wholesale / Bulk Orders" on our contact form to discuss your needs.
